High School Transcripts-
APSU Transcripts-
- During the school year, all students will submit transcript requests to our secretary. Click here for a transcript request form. Request forms are also on the bookcase outside of my office. You are not required to pay the $2 mentioned on the form.
- Be certain to include the full mailing or email address of the college or scholarship agency and your signature on your request form.
- Students applying to a college through Common App do not need to submit a paper transcript request as these requests will be sent automatically. You can verify they were sent by checking with Mrs. Mendoza.
- If you need a copy of your high school transcript during the summer, you will need to take your request to Central Records at Central Office.
- Once Middle College is back in session, graduated seniors will continue to request records from the Middle College office until the March AFTER you graduate when your records are sent back to Central Records at Central Office. https://www.cmcss.net/students/transcripts/
- Remember that your transcript will not be sent if you owe money to the school system.
